It has a moisturising effect and is still waterproof. It also contains valuable vitamin E. It is ideal for framing and contouring the eyes. The water-resistant eyeliner in black is ideal for dramatic looks. However, you can also order it in two different shades of brown. These are perfect for rounding off a natural make-up look. If you fancy experimenting and want to create an unusual make-up look, you can also order the eyeliner in bright blue or green, depending on availability.
