Goldwell Elumen Longlasting Hair Colour is characterised by exceptional colour intensity without the use of oxidation. The innovative system behind this high-performance hair colour is based on a purely physical mechanism, whereby colour pigments are infused deep into the hair and permanently anchored there. Thanks to a special ‘magnetic’ effect, the negatively charged colourants are attracted to the positively charged hair, ensuring the colour is held particularly firmly in place. The formula is completely free from ammonia and peroxide, instead focusing on treating the hair structure with care. Porous areas in the hair are filled in during the colouring process, making the surface appear smoother and allowing it to reflect light better, which creates a brilliant shine. Even grey hair can be reliably covered with the special NN shades. This vegan formulation offers long-lasting colour that retains its intensity and vibrancy over an extended period. It is applied to dry or towel-dried hair, and its special consistency also allows for creative freehand techniques.

Before applying a hair tint, moisten your hair and then lightly towel-dry it. Then put on the gloves that come with the tint and apply the paste to your fingers. The hair colour is then worked in from the roots to the ends. You can spread the colour through your hair with your fingers or with a comb. The result is more even if the colour is distributed with a comb. The colour remains in the hair for around 20 to 30 minutes to achieve the desired result. The hair is then rinsed until clear water can be seen. After tinting, the hair is not washed for 24 to 48 hours.
