Powder is available loose or as a compact powder. The application differs slightly depending on the product selected. Ideally, you should sprinkle loose powder onto a cosmetic tissue. Then dab the powder brush onto the powder several times, turning it back and forth. This allows the brush hairs to optimally absorb the powder and apply it evenly to the skin.
