Desired date delivery

It is so easy to use the parcel notification and desired date delivery services.

1. Register
Register at PAKET.DE for the service. A few days after registering, you will receive your welcome pack. This is delivered to you personally after you have provided identification.

2. Providing the PostNumber
Enter your PostNumber into the “Additional address” field underneath for all shipments to your home address.

3. Notification
As soon as the shipment has been dispatched to DHL, you will receive a free notification of the expected delivery day of your shipment.

4. Desired date
You can postpone the delivery date of your shipment by up to four working days. To do so, simply log in to www.paket.de and choose an alternative delivery date for your shipment by 11pm.
As far as possible delivery processes allow, DHL will then endeavour to deliver the shipment on the desired date entered by you.
