If you have placed at least one product in your shopping basket, you can proceed to checkout. To enable us to send the order to you, you must complete the following steps. Step 1: The address

In the first stage of the order process, you can select the delivery address and billing address. If you saved several addresses in your account, you can choose between them. If you have not yet entered the address that you want your order to be sent to, or if you want it to be sent to a different address, you can enter another new address in the field underneath. If necessary, the billing address can be different from the delivery address.

Step 2: Shipment methods

Now you can choose how the package should be shipped. You can choose from the following dispatch methods:

• Insured quality shipping via DHL

• Insured Express quality shipping via DHL

Please note the the shipping terms and shipping costs, as the shipping types incur different costs and the destination is not taken into account when calculating the costs.

Step 3: Payment methods

The third step is choosing the payment method. You can view the payment types here. However, purchase on account is only possible after a positive system check. Payment by direct debit cannot be chosen for the first order.

Step 4: Summary and confirmation

Step 4 gives an overview of the order. Here, all previously configured settings are displayed again, and you have the opportunity to make changes.
If necessary, a message can be added to the order. If all the details are right, the order can be submitted by accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Business. At this time, it is not yet possible to cancel the order.

Step 5: Complete order

When you submit the order, it is transmitted to us. Depending on the payment type, funds must be transferred to us first, before the order can be sent to you.
