You can use the shower gel to quickly and easily remove impurities from your body in the shower. Moisten the skin thoroughly and apply an appropriate amount of gel to the palm of your hand, a sponge or a flannel. Massage the shower gel thoroughly into the skin using gentle, circular movements.
