The Kyliner Liquid Pen from Kylie Cosmetics is a precise tool for defined eye make-up looks. Thanks to the ultra-fine, flexible brush tip, this eyeliner allows for precise lines that range from subtle accents on the lash line to dramatic wings. The formulation is characterised by a high concentration of high-quality pigments, resulting in a deep, rich black with high coverage.
