The base coat solves several problems when applying a coloured polish and is therefore a good helper for UV nail polish and conventional nail polish. Apply a thin layer of base coat to each nail. Start by sealing the free edge of the nail. If necessary, you can remove the excess material before it hardens. You do not need to worry about the base coat changing the colour of the nail polish, as it is usually colourless and neutral to any colour. After applying the base coat, the coloured polish can be applied more evenly and covers better. The perfect manicure is therefore child's play.
