Received an opened bottle. Broken tape on the box, no outer wrap and the bottle smells like it has been already sprayed. Paid 100£ for something already used. The perfume is nice, I knew what I was buying after testing it a couple of times, but it is unacceptable to send a perfume like that to a customer.
