Ideally, you should apply body oil after showering or bathing. Dab the skin lightly and massage the oil into the still damp skin. This makes it much easier to spread. It also creates an oil-water emulsion that your skin can absorb particularly quickly. The frequency of application depends on your skin. For normal skin, it is sufficient to use the body oil two to three times a week. For dry skin, the oil can be used daily without hesitation. Also bear in mind that the individual parts of the body have different moisturising needs. In any case, regular use is recommended for soft, smooth skin.
