The Proraso Protective Preshave Cream from the traditional Italian brand's Blue Line is dedicated to precisely this step and has been specially designed to prepare the skin for contact with the blade. Enriched with extracts of aloe vera and vitamin E, the formula aims to make beard hair appear softer. When massaged onto damp skin, a fine film can be created that acts as an additional lubricating layer between the blade and the face. This effect can help to make the shaving process smoother and visually soothe the skin surface. Olfactorily, the product is characterised by a modern composition that combines spicy elements with notes of amber and musk. The composition consists of 98% ingredients of natural origin and deliberately avoids silicones and parabens. Liquorice root extract is also included in the list of ingredients. It is applied directly before applying shaving foam or soap without rinsing off the product first, allowing the grooming routine to flow seamlessly into shaving.
