I was hoping for more from this product. The customer reviews were good and I was hoping that it would rid my hair of hairspray etc. It doesn't do that. It doesn't. I use hairspray regularly and the residue cannot be removed with shampoo. The shampoo from Schwarzkopf supposedly does. Unfortunately not. I'm disappointed, had hoped it would really work. I will not recommend it to others.
