The characteristic rose gold tube contains a toning cream that has been specially designed for use on pre-lightened bases or natural light bases. A key component of the formulation is the integrated Anti-Metal Bond Protection Technology. This system aims to neutralise metal ions in the hair and can thus help to preserve the fibre bonds during chemical treatment. The pH-neutral composition completely dispenses with ammonia, which supports gentle colouring. Depending on the starting base, there are various options available, such as "Deep Toning" for tone levels 5 to 8 or "Pastel Toning" for lighter bases of levels 8 to 10. All shades can be mixed with each other to create individual colour tones. The application time varies between 1 and 30 minutes depending on the desired intensity. A separately available premium developer is required to activate the colour cream, which is mixed in a 1:1 ratio.

Before applying a hair tint, moisten your hair and then lightly towel-dry it. Then put on the gloves that come with the tint and apply the paste to your fingers. The hair colour is then worked in from the roots to the ends. You can spread the colour through your hair with your fingers or with a comb. The result is more even if the colour is distributed with a comb. The colour remains in the hair for around 20 to 30 minutes to achieve the desired result. The hair is then rinsed until clear water can be seen. After tinting, the hair is not washed for 24 to 48 hours.
