The Umberto Giannini Scalp Serum Refresh & Renew, which is also labelled Hydration Drops on the transparent bottle, is a specialised supplement for the daily routine. At the centre of the formula are ingredients such as Piroctone Olamine and Salicylic Acid, which are rounded off with natural pineapple enzymes. This combination was explicitly developed for the needs of dry or dandruff-prone scalps. The light consistency can help to even out the appearance of the scalp and leave it feeling fresh. Thanks to the precise pipette, the liquid can be easily applied to the roots parting by parting and gently massaged in, and can be used on both wet and dry hair. As the serum is non-greasy, hair styling remains unaffected. This leave-in product does not need to be rinsed out afterwards. The formulation is suitable for all hair types and coloured hair.
