How to use the Yankee Candle Warm Cashmere scented candle
The perfect location for a candle is a stable, heat-resistant surface away from children's hands, front doors and flammable materials. The wick should be shortened to a length of 2 to 5 mm before lighting. This prevents soot from forming and the candle can burn more evenly. It is also important to let the candle burn for at least 2 hours at a time to ensure that it burns without forming a tunnel. However, a burning time of 4 hours should not be exceeded. To protect the fragrance between uses, the scented candle is delivered to your home with a lid.Description

Scented candles are very easy to use, but a few factors greatly improve the burning behaviour and safety. Always place the scented candle on an even surface in a windless place and away from flammable materials. Before lighting, you should also shorten the wick to around 5 mm. To avoid tunnelling, leave the scented candle burning for at least as long as it takes for the top layer of wax to melt completely. This can take around two hours. However, you should not exceed a burning time of four hours at a time. For optimum burning quality, you should always extinguish the candle with a candle snuffer.
