The room fragrance developed by the Yankee Candle Stargazing scented wax is floral. A summer night in the dunes by the sea served as inspiration for this room fragrance. You lie in the sand, arms folded under your head, gazing up at the stars that sparkle like jewels in the firmament. This is why the top notes are eucalyptus, mineral air and lilac. Violets, geraniums and lavender make up the heart notes, while the base consists of vanilla sugar, rose petals and sandalwood. To match the violet flowers in the fragrance, the scented wax is also a delicate violet colour. It melts in the matching Yankee Candle fragrance lamp so that the room fragrance can spread invisibly. It only takes a few minutes before the Stargazing scented wax melts and the gloriously natural fragrance spreads.

Scented candles are very easy to use, but a few factors greatly improve the burning behaviour and safety. Always place the scented candle on an even surface in a windless place and away from flammable materials. Before lighting, you should also shorten the wick to around 5 mm. To avoid tunnelling, leave the scented candle burning for at least as long as it takes for the top layer of wax to melt completely. This can take around two hours. However, you should not exceed a burning time of four hours at a time. For optimum burning quality, you should always extinguish the candle with a candle snuffer.
