Opus XIII Silver Oud Eau de Parfum Spray from The Library Collection by Amouage is an olfactory masterpiece that captivates the senses with exquisite ingredients and masterful craftsmanship. The unisex perfume from 2021 sketches Julien Sorel, the protagonist of Stendhal's novel 'Red and Black' with olfactory notes. The contrasts of strength and distress, passion and confusion inspired perfumer Cécile Zarokian to create a unique composition that presents oud, the delicious eagle wood, in all its marvellous facets. It pays tribute to the Omani luxury label's tradition of storytelling with impressive notes.
Costly woods for a luxurious perfume creation
Even the opening of The Library Collection Opus XIII Silver Oud Eau de Parfum Spray by Amouage is extraordinary. An exquisite patchouli molecular distillation combines with essences of cypriol and Virginia cedar to create an intense fragrance experience full of mysterious depth. In the heart note, a precious oud assam oil and an intense absolute of Madagascar vanilla unfold an impressive interplay of woody and soft-sweet flavours. The base of the Opus XIII Silver Oud Eau de Parfum Spray fragrance emphasises dark, subtly smoky woody nuances. Birch oil, ambergris, castoreum and guaiac wood oil provide a characterful, elegant finish to the fragrance.

Perfume, Extrait, Intense and Eau de Toilette are sprayed onto the wrists and inside of the elbows, back of the knees, neck and décolleté from a distance of approx. 30 cm, either as a spray or with an atomiser.
Put a splash on your finger or a cotton bud and dab it on the earlobes, temples, wrists, bends of the knees, décolleté, ankles and inside of the elbows.
Apply drops of oil behind the ears, on the wrists, the ends of the hair or clothing.
Parfum Roll-on is applied to the wrists, neck, décolleté, back of the knees and inside of the elbows.

- Keep container tightly closed. Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Take action to prevent static discharges. Get medical advice/attention. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Avoid release to the environment. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immerse in cool water [or wrap in wet bandages]. Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.
