1. cleanse the skin
Firstly, wash your body with a mild shower gel to remove dirt and excess oil. For optimum effect, you can also use a body scrub to remove dead skin cells and improve the absorption of the lotion.

2. apply lotion
Massage a generous amount of lotion into the skin using circular movements until it is completely absorbed. Concentrate particularly on dry or rough areas of skin.

3. apply regularly
To achieve the best results, apply the lotion daily - ideally in the morning and evening - to keep the skin supple and nourished.

Tip:
Apply the lotion directly after a warm shower or bath. The opened pores allow better absorption of the active ingredients.
