Achieve smoother, softer and more even skin with these simple steps.
1. cleanse the skin
Use a mild cleanser (e.g. Keratosis Pilaris Body Wash) to remove dirt and excess oil.
Tip: Rinse thoroughly and gently pat skin dry - do not rub.
2. apply peeling
Apply the Salicylic Acid Keratosis Body Scrub to damp skin. Massage gently in circular motions for 1-2 minutes, especially on rough areas such as arms, thighs and buttocks.
3. rinse off
Rinse off the scrub thoroughly with lukewarm water. Then pat the skin dry with a clean towel.
4. nourish and moisturise
Then apply a moisturising lotion or cream, e.g. Body Lotion against Keratosis Pilaris, to soothe the skin and lock in moisture.
Frequency of use
2-3 times per week. Avoid too frequent exfoliation so that the skin has time to regenerate naturally.
Extra tip
On days when you do not use the peeling, you can apply Keratosis Pilaris Spray to dry skin. It keeps the pores clean and supports a smooth skin texture. Do not use on the same day as the peeling.
Results
The best results are usually visible after 7 to 21 days - the skin feels noticeably smoother, softer and more even.
