In 2001, Clive Christian introduced the "Perfect Pair" in the Original Collection. Namely the 1872 Masculine Perfume Spray and the 1872 Feminine Perfume Spray. Here, however, we are talking about the fragrance for men, which has a green and fresh presence. Its longevity is above average and it is incredibly popular. Equipped with an opulent fragrance pyramid, the Clive Christian Original Collection 1872 Masculine Perfume Spray stands for absolute olfactory luxury. After all, there are twelve ingredients in the top note alone, including nutmeg, rosemary, lavender grapefruit, bergamot, pineapple and lime. The heart note is more floral, mixing clary sage with marigold, freesia, cyclamen and jasmine.

Unique olfactory luxury for spring and summer

The fragrance is rounded off with cedar, musk, labdanum, amber, patchouli and incense. And despite this opulence, or perhaps precisely because of it, the Original Collection 1872 Masculine Perfume Spray is a wonderfully wearable, extremely harmonious fragrance that simply always fits. Especially, but not only, on the warm days and evenings of the year. The year 1872 naturally honours Clive Christian's origins as a tailor, who in turn was honoured by Queen Victoria by personally and exclusively allowing him to use the image of her crown. The name simply stood and still stands for exclusive luxury.

In order for men's perfume to really come into its own, it is always sprayed very sparingly and directly onto the skin. The chosen fragrance is quickly released through body heat. If you use a spray bottle, the distance should be around 20 cm. The fine spray mist is not rubbed off and dries on the skin. As the spray mist rises from the bottom upwards, the skin is always perfumed from the bottom upwards. Ideally, the body should be prepared with an odourless body lotion before perfuming. The fragrances in the men's perfume will cling to the lipids in the lotion, ensuring a longer-lasting fragrance experience.
