Dr. Hauschka

WALA Heilmittel GmbH is a German company, founded by Rudolf Hauschka in 1935, which produces medicinal and therapeutic articles (around 900 products) and also cosmetics (around 130 products) based on the propositions of the anthroposophic world view. The name WALA is derived from the initial letters of the procedures Warmth – Ashes, Light – Ashes. The Viennese chemist Dr. Rudolf Hauschka founded the WALA firm in 1935, creating medicinal products and dietetic potions with a completely new rhythmic procedure. Together with the cosmetologist Elisabeth Sigmund, he developed remarkable new natural cosmetics. In 1967, the basic range, including the rose cream, facial cleansing cream and facial toner came onto the market. Since then, WALA Heilmittel GmbH has been one of the leading manufacturers of natural cosmetics of our times.
