Cleanse and dry your skin and apply the FAQ Primer for neck and décolleté if required. Then apply the FAQ 211 LED mask to the front of the neck and décolleté or to the neck and upper back. Secure the mask with the gold chain.



Press the universal button to switch on the mask. You can quickly press the button again to change the colour of the LED. You can also access pre-programmed treatments and additional settings via the FAQ Swiss app.



Enjoy LED illumination for up to 15 minutes while you continue your day unhindered - the ultimate in multitasking. When you're done, press and hold the universal button for 3 seconds to switch off the mask.



It is recommended to use the mask occasionally for 5-15 minutes, 3-5 times per week.



Together with the FAQ 211 LED mask, we also recommend using the FAQ primer to improve the anti-ageing properties. Instead of primer, you can also use your own skincare cosmetics if you wish. DO NOT use skincare products that contain silicone or acids or photosensitive ingredients such as vitamin A, retinol/retinoids, AHAs, benzoyl peroxide and vitamin C.


- Cleanse face and neck and pat skin dry.
- Apply a thin layer of primer.
- The use of the FAQ™ devices is also recommended.
- Used alone: massage in with fingertips until the primer is completely absorbed.
