Overexposure to the sun is dangerous. Do not stay in the sun for too long, even if you are using a sun protection product, as this does not offer 100% protection even with a high SPF. Apply sunscreen before sunbathing. Reapply several times to maintain the SPF, especially after being in the water, drying off and sweating. Apply generously.
