Apply the sun protection cream before sunbathing so that the sun protection can develop as effectively as possible. Nevertheless, the midday sun and direct sunlight should be avoided and additional protective clothing should be worn. Apply the sun protection cream generously to the face and décolleté and massage in gently with your hands. For optimum protection and to maintain it, apply the sun cream several times. The sun cream should be reapplied after being in the water, sweating or drying off.
