1. MOVE: Using the edge of the index finger, make smoothing movements from top to bottom along the side of the nose and the nasolabial fold. Continue with the edge of the index finger from the fold outwards to the ears.
2. LIFT: Use the balls of your hands to stroke flat along both sides of the jaw, starting from the chin and moving towards the ears. Then perform a deep smoothing massage of the chewing muscles from the lower cheek upwards to the temples. Finally, use the finter tips to smooth the crow's feet in an outward direction.
