THE CREATION
Perfumer Christine Nagel has created her first Hermès chypre fragrance, which captivates with its sensuality and rare, unforgettable elegance.
Barénia is a fragrance that gets under your skin and combines strength and softness.

THE FRAGRANCE NOTES
The beguiling note of butterfly lily blends with the delicate scent of miracle berry. The warm scent of oak wood and the intensity of patchouli emphasise this unique and attractive composition. Barénia, a symbiotic encounter between skin and perfume.
THE OBJECT
Philippe Mouquet's bottle is inspired by the Collier de Chien bracelet and focuses on the contrast between the gentle curves of the ellipse and the power of the pyramid-shaped studs with curved facets.
THE HERMÈS DETAIL
In the centre of the Barénia fragrance bottle is another rivet, which is worked into the glass and turns the object into a real piece of jewellery.
ETHICS
The 100 ml, 60 ml and 30 ml bottles can be refilled using the 125 ml refill bottle, which is available separately. An environmentally conscious gesture - inseparable from an object that was created to last.
