THE CREATION
Parfum d'Hermès was created in 1984 by perfumer Akiko Kamei, reinterpreted in 2000 and renamed Rouge Hermès. This Eau de Toilette celebrates one of the colours that have characterised Hermès since 1934.
THE FRAGRANCE NOTES
With its floral amber notes, Rouge Hermès Eau de Toilette creates a sophisticated balance between intense rose notes, fine vanilla notes and beguiling ylang-ylang.
THE OBJECT
The bottle is inspired by the lanterns of horse-drawn carriages of the past and the black lid is reminiscent of the shape of a riding helmet. The fact that the fragrance belongs to the Parfums Fondateurs collection can be recognised by the label on the back, which features a motif by Philippe Dumas.
THE PARFUMS-FONDATEURS COLLECTION
The Parfums-Fondateurs collection draws its inspiration from the heritage of the House of Hermès. Each creation encapsulates the imaginative world of Hermès in a name, a fragrance, a colour. Over the years, Hermès has written a new chapter in its history with original, expressive fragrances, the result of encounters with unique perfumers.
