Kneipp Muscle Active Bath Crystals is a bath additive and skin care product that utilises the natural powers of the juniper plant. This is able to help relax the muscles, revitalise the entire body and regenerate the skin. Processed as bath crystals, add the juniper extracts with their essential oils to the bath water - preferably while it is still flowing into the bath. This allows the fine bath crystals to dissolve quickly. At the same time, the Muscle Active bath crystals colour the bath water pink. Don't worry: the colour is generally not absorbed by standard bath materials. Rest for around 15 to 20 minutes in the warm water in which the Kneipp bath crystals unfold their powers and you will feel more energised afterwards. We also recommend using the skin care product if your skin needs an extra dose of care and natural moisturising.

The manufacturer Kneipp also uses warming rosemary oil and deep salt, which is contained in natural brine, for skin care. This stimulates your senses with a unique fragrance experience and allows you to relax even more. Deep salt helps to maintain the skin's moisture balance.Use
Fill 3/4 of the lid with bath crystals, add to the incoming bath water (36-38 °C) and dissolve completely. Optimum bathing time: 15-20 minutes. Sufficient for approx. 11-13 full baths.
