The Kylie Cosmetics Plumping Powder Matte Lip combines the precision of a liquid lipstick with a modern, matte finish. When applied, this innovative texture transforms from a liquid into a light powder that is barely noticeable on the lips. The highly pigmented formula provides full coverage, completely covering the natural lip colour with just one application. Included HotFlux® can provide an optical plumping effect that can give the lips more fullness, while a subtle tingling sensation signals the activity of the ingredients. The specially shaped applicator enables precise tracing of the contours and even filling of the lip area. Thanks to the long-lasting formula, the colour stays in place for many hours without running or settling into fine lines. The vegan formula is completely free from animal ingredients and offers a comfortable feel that is neither drying nor heavy. The product is available in various shades, ranging from warm nudes to deep reds, allowing for a variety of looks.

Lip plumpers are available in the form of lipsticks or bottles with an integrated applicator. The application of lip plumper is hardly any different from using a lipstick or lip gloss. First, you line your lips with a lip liner. However, the lip plumper can also be used on its own. Now apply the lip plumper from the centre of the lips with gentle pressure on both sides. Repeat the application on the lower lip. When applying, make sure that you only apply the lip plumper to the lips. The sensitive skin around the mouth would otherwise swell together with the lips.
