Before using a hand scrub, clean your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Then open the pack and apply the scrub to the palms of your hands. Gently work the paste into the back of the hands, the palms and between the fingers. The circular movements while massaging in loosen the dead skin cells and stimulate the skin's regeneration process. After massaging in, you can wrap your hands in gloves. This increases the effect of the peeling. Once the scrub has been left to work for around 10 minutes, rinse your hands and fingers thoroughly with clean water. Then use a skin cream that suits your skin type.
