With the Arabians Rose Leather Eau de Parfum Spray, Montale is once again venturing into familiar territory: at the centre of the Arabic-inspired perfume creation is the Taif rose, which creates a flattering aura with its soft, floral and silky accords, while various woods and oud lend the fragrance a certain heaviness. The Arabian art of perfume in the modern ageThe rose perfume ignites an unmistakable fire from the first spritz, which never gets out of control thanks to the many elegant and stylish accords. In the top note of Arabians Rose Leather Eau de Parfum Spray, the eponymous Taif rose opens the fragrance, which the perfumers at Montale combine with ylang-ylang and black leather accords. The heart note is somewhat heavier due to the oud from Cambodia, while Mysore sandalwood provides a fresh counterpart at this point. The fragrance uses a trio of base notes: black musk extracts, sweet vanilla and Ladan resin, which lends the creation its warm aura. Ideal for anyone who loves oriental fragrance creations.
