Product could not yet be tested as I have been waiting for the pump dispenser for 3 weeks (see photo). According to customer service, this is not included in the scope of delivery, but I was promised in 2 telephone calls that I would receive it. I phoned KD service again yesterday to enquire: Is in clarification and there is again consultation with the supervisor and I will definitely receive a mail. I have not received an email to date. This dispenser also costs less than €2... pathetic. According to my hairdresser, the product is great, but what is promised here and not kept is a joke. If I had known this beforehand, I would have ordered my products elsewhere or the entire order would have been returned here!
