Application tips for the Wella Koleston Perfect Me+ Pure Naturals hair colours
The Wella Koleston Pure Naturals are mixed with the Welloxon Perfect developer in a 1:1 ratio with either six, nine or twelve per cent hydrogen peroxide. Then apply the mixture evenly to dry hair.
