Salina Candle is a wonderful and unobtrusive room fragrance from the Acqua di Parma Home Collection. The pretty scented candle bears its name for a reason: with its coral red and white stripes and its fascinating fragrance, it is reminiscent of the famous salt fields on the Italian island of Sicily, which are actually called salt flats. The seductive top notes of neroli and bergamot meet a fresh base note of moss, ambroxan and patchouli, while the heart notes of iris and ylang-ylang complete the fragrance experience with maritime nuances. The Salina Candle room fragrance burns for up to 50 hours and weighs 200 grams.

It has a height of 10.0 cm and a diameter of 7.7 cm. Acqua di Parma recommends regularly trimming the wick to 5.5 mm for optimum burning results. To optimise the fragrance and candle experience, Acqua di Parma recommends:
- Do not leave your candle burning for more than 1.5 hours at a time. This prevents the flame from getting too high, which can lead to smoke and smudges on the sides of the glass.
- Use a suitable candle snuffer to extinguish the flame.
- Allow the candle to set completely before lighting it again.
- Straighten the wick in the wax after each use so that the wax burns evenly.
- Shorten the wick regularly with a wick cutter (5 mm is the ideal length). In this way, the wick does not stick to the wax and smoke formation is avoided.
- Avoid contaminating the wax with matches and dirt.
- Do not use the candle if the wax level in the glass is less than 5 mm.
- Never leave candles burning unattended. Keep away from children, curtains and pets.
- Do not move the candle when it is burning or when the wax is still hot. Allow the wax to solidify first.
- Do not place the candle on heat-sensitive surfaces, near flammable materials, near open windows or near other candles.
IMPORTANT - PRECAUTIONS FOR USE: To ensure an optimal experience with your scented candle, Acqua di Parma recommends: - Do not leave your candle burning for more than an hour and a half at a time. This will prevent the flame from getting too high, causing smoke and the possibility of staining the walls of the glass. - Use a special candle cover to extinguish the flame. - Let the candle solidify before re-lighting it. - Put the wick straight into the wax after each use for even consumption of wax. - Cut the wick regularly with a wick cutter (ideal length 5 mm) so that the wick does not stick to the wax and the candle does not emit smoke. - Do not drop matches or other debris into the wax container. - Do not use the candle if the level of remaining wax in the glass is less than 5 mm. - Do not leave the candle burning unattended. Keep away from children, curtains and pets. - Do not move a burning candle or when the wax is still warm. Wait for the wax to solidify. - Do not place the candle on surfaces sensitive to heat, near flammable materials, an open window or other candles.
