Cheer Up Serum is an ideal first step after cleansing the skin. Use it as a toner, either with a cotton pad or pour it into your hands and dab it into the skin. Avoid the eye area! Depending on skin tolerance, Cheer Up can be used every other day to twice a day. Once a day is ideal for most skin types.
