Cleanse your skin thoroughly. Roll up and down over each part of the face 3-4 times at a steady speed, applying light pressure (avoiding the eyes and lips). Carry out this process on each area. (You may need to vary the pressure for more sensitive areas of the face). The treatment should last a few minutes and can be repeated 2-3 times a week. Cleaning: Sterilise the roller after each use with hot water from the kettle. Add a few drops of tea tree essential oil to a water solution once a month. Dip a toothbrush into the solution and clean only the metal head of the dermal roller. Avoid immersing the Dermal Roller in hot water solutions. Replace the Dermal Roller every 6-12 months, depending on the frequency of use.
