For the classic eyeliner line, hold the eyeliner pencil like a pencil between your thumb, index finger and middle finger. This increases stability and you won't slip when drawing the eyeliner. Place the pencil on the outer edge of the lower eyelid and draw a thin line along the waterline. The eyeliner can be a little wider towards the centre.
