Precision and colour intensity are at the heart of the Vamp! Definition Liner from PUPA Milano. This liquid eyeliner is characterised by a particularly smooth texture that glides effortlessly over the eyelid. The fine felt-tip applicator, which is firmly integrated into the tapered cap, allows for precise control over the line. This makes it possible to create both very fine contours and wider, graphic lines. The formula is water-based and contains a high concentration of pigments, ensuring even and intense colour payoff. Once applied, the liquid dries quickly and adheres well to the skin. Depending on the shade chosen, the finish varies between a classic, deep matt effect and a shimmering pearlescent sheen. The formulation has been deliberately designed to exclude ingredients such as parabens, microplastics and oily components. It is also free from gluten and lactose. The pen itself sits comfortably in the hand, making it even easier to use and helping to achieve a clean finish.
