Complementing this, the Shiny Lipstick offers an ultra-creamy texture for filling in the lips afterwards. The formulation combines film-forming agents with oils, resulting in a lightweight feel and a radiant finish. Application is a two-step process, beginning with contouring, followed by applying colour across the entire lip surface.
