Use
Apply the shampoo to damp hair and massage in until it foams. After leaving on for 3 minutes, rinse thoroughly with water and then apply the Be Strong Purple Conditioner. For a long-lasting effect, it is recommended to use the shampoo 1-2 times a week, alternating with a regular shampoo.
