The pink Yankee Candle Art In The Park votive candle in a jar is made from a soft soy wax mixture and has a natural fibre wick. It offers a long burning time of up to 15 hours and also burns cleanly and evenly. However, the highlight of the scented candle is its wonderful fragrance. It exudes the aromas of a summer's day and conjures up feelings of spring in your home. The fragrance blend combines a top note of green apple, water lily and violet with a heart of rose, ylang-ylang and jasmine. The fragrance is rounded off with a warm base of cedarwood, sandalwood and delicate musk. The votive candle in a jar is a practical alternative to conventional votive candles, as an additional votive jar is no longer necessary.

How to use the Yankee Candle Art In The Park votive candle in a jar

Place the scented candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface out of reach of flammable materials, children's hands or pets. Before lighting the candle, shorten the wick to a length of 3 to 5 mm. This keeps the flame small and allows the candle to burn evenly with virtually no soot formation. To ensure that the candle burns evenly without forming a tunnel, leave it to burn until the top layer of wax has liquefied.

Scented candles are very easy to use, but a few factors greatly improve the burning behaviour and safety. Always place the scented candle on an even surface in a windless place and away from flammable materials. Before lighting, you should also shorten the wick to around 5 mm. To avoid tunnelling, leave the scented candle burning for at least as long as it takes for the top layer of wax to melt completely. This can take around two hours. However, you should not exceed a burning time of four hours at a time. For optimum burning quality, you should always extinguish the candle with a candle snuffer.
