The By Terry Rouge Opulent lipstick combines intense colour payoff with a comfortable feel. 2. use the Hyaluronic Lip Liner to outline the lips and emphasise their fullness without smudging them.
3. apply the Rouge Opulent Lipstick from the centre outwards for even, radiant coverage.
4. for a more intense look, apply the lipstick in several layers until you have achieved the desired level of fullness and depth.
