For a natural and even tan, use a smoothing scrub before applying Garnier Ambre Solaire Natural Bronzer Self-Tanning Milk. This removes dead skin cells and leaves the skin even enough for the self-tanning lotion. Spray this carefully and evenly onto the areas of the body to be tanned. Then work in the self-tanning milk with your hands. Wash them thoroughly immediately to prevent discolouration of the palms. The tanning care milk should be left on for at least 30 minutes. Only get dressed after this time to avoid staining your clothes.
