For a natural and even tan, use a smoothing scrub before applying Garnier Ambre Solaire Natural Bronzer Self-Tanning Mousse. This removes dead skin cells and leaves the skin even enough for the self-tanner. Spray this carefully and evenly onto the areas of the body to be tanned. Then work the mousse into the skin with your hands. Wash them thoroughly immediately to prevent discolouration of the palms. The self-tanning mousse should be left on for at least 30 minutes. Only get dressed after this time to avoid staining your clothes.
