A different Terre seduces the man. In 2018, Christine Nagel explores Terre d'Hermès and creates Terre d'Hermès Eau Intense Vétiver. A new, luminous vibration, a previously unknown facet of the power of Terre.
THE FRAGRANCE NOTES
Terre d'Hermès Eau Intense Vétiver expresses the depth of vetiver combined with the vibrancy of green bergamot and Sichuan pepper.
THE OBJECT
The original cap is wrapped in the warm brown colour of sun-tanned leather. The underside is emblazoned with an H in bold orange. At the top, the bundled light is reflected by the metal on the bottle shoulders.
THE HERMÈS DETAIL
On closer inspection, the Terre d'Hermès Eau Intense Vétiver bottle reveals numerous details, such as the iconic "Clou de selle" saddle nail and the sliding cap that releases the spray button, etc.
It was created by designer Philippe Mouquet and is modelled on the flacon of a travel accessory kept in the Émile Hermès Museum.
The result is a composition whose highlight is vetiver, which has always been deeply rooted in Terre. The original balance of Terre shifts - mineral-woody notes become woody-vegetable.

Men's fragrances
In order for men's perfume to really come into its own, it is always sprayed very sparingly and directly onto the skin. The chosen fragrance is quickly released through body heat. If you use a spray bottle, the distance should be around 20 cm. The fine spray mist is not rubbed off and dries on the skin. As the spray mist rises from the bottom upwards, the skin is always perfumed from the bottom upwards. Ideally, the body should be prepared with an odourless body lotion before perfuming. The fragrances in the men's perfume will cling to the lipids in the lotion, ensuring a longer-lasting fragrance experience.
