The Mermaid shade from the High Voltage Classic series presents itself as a cool, ocean blue colour that is given a lively and aquatic depth through fine, greenish teal accents. Designed as a direct-application, semi-permanent tinting cream, the product is ready to use straight from the jar and does not need to be mixed with developer or peroxide before use. No ingredients of animal origin are used in the formulation, which means that the colour bears the Vegan label and was developed without animal testing. The formula is also free from ammonia and PPD (para-phenylenediamine), which can support gentle colouring. To ensure the maximum intensity of this neon shade, we recommend applying it to light blonde hair. An extraordinary feature of this special colour mixture is revealed when exposed to UV light, as the pigments it contains begin to glow intensely under black light. During the application time, the rich, creamy consistency can help to condition the hair structure. Before applying a hair tint, moisten your hair and then lightly towel-dry it. Then put on the gloves that come with the tint and apply the paste to your fingers. The hair colour is then worked in from the roots to the ends. You can spread the colour through your hair with your fingers or with a comb. The result is more even if the colour is distributed with a comb. The colour remains in the hair for around 20 to 30 minutes to achieve the desired result. The hair is then rinsed until clear water can be seen. After tinting, the hair is not washed for 24 to 48 hours.
