The coast of Ras Al Jinz at the height of summer serves as the olfactory inspiration for the Ashore Eau de Parfum Spray from Amouage's Odyssey Collection. Composed by perfumer Mackenzie Reilly, this fragrance interprets the phenomenon of a summer mirage through a complex arrangement of high-quality ingredients. The opening is spicy and bright with notes of pink pepper, cardamom oil and turmeric leaf oil. As the composition progresses, it moves into a floral heart dominated by jasmine sambac absolute and rose absolute, accompanied by a special solar accord designed to capture the intensity of the sun. A warm and persistent base of ambergris accord, sandalwood oil and olibanum hyperabsolue gives the perfume depth and character. Visually, the eau de parfum comes in a light beige, rectangular bottle with gently rounded corners that echoes the colours of sandy beaches. There is a raised, symmetrical emblem on the front, while a gold-coloured cap with a curved, pink-coloured detail forms the closure.
