Use

Step 1: Shake the bottle to mix the treatment and pigment. Step 2: Apply to a round cotton pad or reusable pad and press into the skin, avoiding the eye area. Step 3: Allow the liquid to dry on the face for a few seconds. Use your fingertips or a kabuki brush to evenly blend in the remaining powder pigment. Apply a second coat as required.
