Montale Oud Island Eau de Parfum Spray is a new oud perfume from 2023, which was of course conceived by Pierre Montale and, like other creations from the fragrance house, comes in a bottle-like, elongated flacon. Like other fragrances, the oud perfume is largely composed of natural extracts and essences. The deep black bottle with its individual golden elements is a luxurious eye-catcher in any bathroom. With Oud Island Eau de Parfum Spray, you get a unique fragrance that is just as suitable for everyday wear as it is for exclusive and extravagant occasions.
A fragrant journey to the Orient
The top note of Montale Oud Island Eau de Parfum Spray is initially sparkling: bergamot, mandarin and lemon create a bright, citrusy opening that is immediately revitalising and intensely invigorating. The heart note then features the eponymous eaglewood (oud), this time combined with the tart accords of leather and tiare, while sandalwood and tuberose have also been added to the perfume. The base note emphasises the inspiration from the Orient: labdanum, ambergris, vanilla and tobacco ensure a constant interplay between tart, warm and spicy accords. The exciting contrasts also emphasise the formulation as a unisex fragrance.Contents
