Yankee Candle Glass votive candles

The Silver Sage + Pine votive candle in a glass extends the Yankee Candle Signature collection with a handy and ready-to-use variant. The dark green wax is made from a smooth soya wax blend designed for even use. A single wick made of natural fibre ensures a clean burn. Olfactorily, the product presents itself with a multi-layered fragrance pyramid that combines fresh and earthy elements. A top note of blackcurrant, clary sage and aldehydes opens the experience. This is followed by a heart of pine needles, leather and jasmine, which adds woody and slightly floral accents. The base note of cedarwood, amber and moss gives the composition a lasting finish. Unlike classic votives, the glass vessel is already integrated here, so no additional candle holder is required. The lid supplied preserves the aroma when not in use and protects the surface from dust deposits. With compact dimensions of approx. 5.4 cm high and 4.4 cm wide, the home accessory can be positioned in a variety of ways. The 37g candle burns for up to 10 hours.

Scented candles are very easy to use, but a few factors greatly improve the burning behaviour and safety. Always place the scented candle on an even surface in a windless place and away from flammable materials. Before lighting, you should also shorten the wick to around 5 mm. To avoid tunnelling, leave the scented candle burning for at least as long as it takes for the top layer of wax to melt completely. This can take around two hours. However, you should not exceed a burning time of four hours at a time. For optimum burning quality, you should always extinguish the candle with a candle snuffer.
